Meet Calista

Hey! I’m Calista Marchand-Nazzaro, culinary consultant, sustainability advocate, and maker of custom creations.

I’ve been submerged in the world of food since I can remember. I started my culinary journey through a combination of teaching myself and learning from my family and friends. Growing up, I was constantly experimenting in the kitchen, eager to see what would happen when I combined different ingredients. I went on to further my education and skills at The Culinary Institute of America, where I earned my Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and my Bachelor's Degree in Applied Food Studies with a Concentration in Farm to Table American Cuisine. I have a large variety of interests, but the one that ties them all together is food.

I strongly believe that what we eat sets the stage for everything we are and everything we do. Eating well is necessary for feeling our best and being our best - inside and out. Because I believe that eating well means starting with whole, clean ingredients, I source my ingredients and supplies with great care. I understand that every individual is unique and so are their needs; therefore, I am happy to work with people with various dietary restrictions to make sure they can fully enjoy their sustenance.

I am extremely passionate about sustainability, wellness, and art, and my creations reflect my passions.
